Sigma Terminal respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, follow the notice procedure below.

Send notices of claimed infringement to our Designated Agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2):

Notice Requirements
A valid DMCA notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) must include all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL or in-app location).
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Submitting a knowingly false notice may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-Notice
If material you posted was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above. A valid counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Sigma Terminal may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or that person's agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
